Once your payment has been received your order will ship within 48 hours. We utilize both the U.S. Postal Service and UPS. Most orders arrive after within two to seven business days. If you do not receive your order within ten business days, please email us at orders@drinkgiant.com with the subject as "DELAYED SHIPMENT" in the subject and we will research it and get back to you within 24 hours.

Orders Outside of USA

Please proceed to checkout and click on the "International" link beside the country field. When you submit the International order form we'll review your order and send you a shipping price and final total. The link we send you will allow you make a payment.

Payments from other countries must be made either via a certified Pay Pal® account or via the postal service with certified money order in $US. Certified money orders can be obtained from your local postal center, American Express Service Centers, Western Union Service Centers to name a few. International orders received in this manner will ship once the cheque has cleared.

If you do not respond to the e-mail within 3 business days your order will be canceled.
