Return Policy and Procedures

We 100% guarantee all products for a period of 30 days after shipping date.All product returns must have prior, authorized approval from our customer care department. If you are dissatisfied with any product, you must e-mail us at [email protected] within 30 days of shipping date to get a return pre-approval and a Return Authorization Number. Your credit or refund will not include associated handling or shipping charges previously paid. A $2.00 restocking fee will be charged.

For all approved returns, the customer is required, at customer's expense, to return the products along with the Return Authorization Number.
